He's not a cadre hence all the blood seeking.

If he was a cadre then all would be fine.

They trying to silence him to protect themselves.

For me as a taxpayer, De Ruiters seems as an "Active Wistle Blower" who went above and beyond like a good worker would, compared to a "Passive Wistle Blower" who just observed corruption activites and as we seen some got murdered in the process.

The law and wistle blowers question:
If a wistleblower gets murdered, its probaly pretty clear which case is involved and the case has the suspect(s) listed. Now the law should be able to handle this in a way where a wistle blower gets murdered the higher up suspects nailed themselves in the process at least and they must prove their non involvement..

de Ruyter is just a distraction from current public attentions, always was misused by ANC.

Andre de Ruyter in trouble

The SIU is going after Andre de Ruyter for alleged maladministration during his time as Eskom CEO.
Is Andy Mothibi the judge, jury and executioner? Did a competent court of law draw the conclusion that ADR is guilty of maladministration?

Why don't you read the names on the list, Andy, read them out aloud, so that all can see and understand why it cannot be maladministration. Since when does an investigator seek permission for the investigation from the subject of interest? Surely, as the head of the SIU, you should know this?

This is just bad-mouthing, and when the dust finally settles there will be civil claims against the SIU, at the cost of the taxpayer.

De Ruyter can go ahead and read the names, from the safety and of Yale.

The SIU is a fully authorised and competent investigating authority that can investigate and make findings, as it has on a number of occasions previously, so yes, they can make findings against De Ruyter, no holy cows.
