Like ChocolateBadger said, you can unfortunately not do that. There are a lot of other roms to experiment with. You are bound to get different experiences frome each of them

There is a way to get that launcher onto the S2. I'm running it on my phone, and it actually looks and feels much nicer than the stock TW. I believe that's the closest you'll get to the ROM. It's not that hard to find, it's on this thread on XDA.... It works and looks great...
