Android 4.4 Wifi auto disabled: Network disabled because Internet connection is slow

Ok so on my new Note 3 I am constantly getting "Network disabled because Internet connection is slow"

Yet I disagree, because speed is relative, who are they to say my connection is slow?
In SA a 4Mbps business line is not slow, to me. Even if it is a bit slow, the impact of consuming MB is going to affect me more than I would notice a slight speed increase (assuming the 3G is even faster at the time, in my area)

I think this is pathetic, and there should be an option to disable it completely. So where is this option. :wtf:

Thanks. Haha. I actually had this option off before, but then it was not auto-reconnecting to my wifi when the energy save mode turned the wifi off, meaning I had to reconnect each time.

Most annoying update so far, Tired of the message "your internet connection is unstable", We know our internet is bad please stop rubbing it in
