Android and email with exchange.

Good day during the holidays, at some point after Christmas, my Samsung Note 3 could not display any older emails of my exchange account. In my inbox on my note 3 it only shows me emails that are really new like the last 3 emails in the inbox on the exchange account from work. But on my outlook exchange account I have 30 emails that should be displaying. What will be the reason for this? And how can I solve this silly problem.

Check the period your Android device is set to sync the mails, or calender etc. by default I think it's set to two weeks

Thank you very much this forum always helps out a lot. The strange thing is when I force the sync it still shows only 3 emails on the note 3 the latest ones. On my outlook 2013 i have 30 emails that are in my inbox on the exchange server?

Did you check the period though? Even if you force a sync, if the period is set to 2 weeks it's still only going to download 2 weeks worth of mail.
