Basically I am trying to find an app I can use with my android tablet. I write on it with a stylus and keep notes. I want to be able to access those notes from anywhere, so I think Im looking for something that plugs into a web interface or something like that.

Any suggestions? :D

I could be wrong, but AFAIK a stylus wont work. The touch screen is capacitive and not resistive.

I have no idea what you mean :D Whats the difference?

The one works with pressure, like the old school smart phones and a stylus. Newer screens use capacitance (electrical flow) to measure movement.

Cap styli or styluses or whatever the fkin plural is are wide-tipped ends. Your average Cap stylus is probably about 6mm across and has a relatively short lifespan. From my experience and understanding (others may differ - I shan't argue and stand corrected):
RESISTIVE means what Nuro said - reacts to pressures being placed on specific points in the matrix. Using that fine-tipped stylus is wonderfully accurate but not really sustainable (RSI and screen wise)
CAPACITIVE means (again like Nuro indicated) that the screen uses conductive contact between various points in the matrix. So you could end up pushing the stylus through the screen before it registers a damn thing. I have a cap stylus and it lasted about 2 months before the tip had little substance left to it.

I've learned to use my finger instead. But enough about tissues.

You can try TabNotes, I designed this application for taking handwriting note during my meetings.
Let me know if it is what you are looking for.

HTC Flyer.

Oh wait - that's not an app, it's a tablet with it built in. Still, if you were looking for a tablet, that would be the one you'd want.
