I normally used PhoneUsage for this on my phone but I did a quick google* to get you a link of an app and found the hit above.

It is waaaaay better than PhoneUsage that I use to use as it give app breakdowns.

Well that in a way makes sense, 3 levels deep is further than most ussd codes really go, yes if you navigate down using the menu, for example data is *111# then 1 then 4 or the other way round, but their is a ussd short code which is *111*500#. Personally i have never seen a ussd code that uses a pin other than internet banking and this is not designed for that purpose. What network is it and what query you running that actually needs a password?

Doesn't work on my tablet :-(. Crashes. Hell, it looks like the Samsung 10.1 was a poor choice on my part.

Root & flash... that is all I can say then. Or wait till they one day decide to update you to 3.2, but at that time we would probably be on Ice Cream Sandwich already.

We should see it later next month if not start October. From the chatter in the dev mailing list, there is still some bugs that is show stoppers and needs to be addressed, the rest looks very promising.

For end user, not much some clean-up on the UI. They basically using the same launcher as 2.4 for phones and they cleaned up the 3.* launcher for tablets
For developers a s..t load. The new API's looks sweet as well as proper hooks for codecs. They also droped a lot of junk code, so it will be a lot lighter and faster than 3.2

Poor u, i have personal experience in 3G WD's uselessness. Had it on for a month, used almost 100mb and it only recorded 12.1mb. Installed the Free V of MDM and after a few minutes i already noticed how much more accurate it is, and even better yet how much more detailed.

I have a feeling you have something verry odd going on, on your phone.

My setting report 0 data on all android 4 devices.

Its also increasing its now 57% used 21mb on wifi and 1.6 on 3G. My first thought was maybe the GPS reports under settings but that would only account for the 3G as i was taking pics last night out of wifi range.

If you really want to be paranoid and see what your phone is doing do the following:

Install a terminal emulator like say https://market.android.com/details?id=jackpal.androidterm
Start it and get a root prompt # ie: type in "su" and enter
Then do a "netstat" and check how many and what connections you have, example you can take a note of the ip addresses and do a whois on your pc
this will give you a clue as to what is happening connection wise also take note of the ports used

I suspect it might be the way your AV is hooking into the system and forcing all data via it, then handing it to the "System" process, but then this is just a guess.

Ok not sure about droids but in my exp when AV's do that then the rest of the apps would have little to no data indicated, but thats on PC's.

Simplest way is to uninstall and see.
