Android App Store Issue?

When I download certain applications from the google play store on my android phone is shows 10.49mb of 7.49mb remaining. Meaning on the store it says the application in size is 7.49mb to download but when it download the application it basically go over that amount displayed the application size should be. I have reset my phone a few times and every time this is happening. Is this a bug in the store? Any one else experience this?

Are you on the latest version? Tap the version number in settings to see.

Saw this happen today or yesterday. Didn't think much of it. Probably a bug with play store. They will fix it, doesn't seem to affect anything.
