I'm compiling a list of Android apps relating to healthcare - for consumer and professional use - not so much fitness type apps, but things that would make life easier for hospital staff, doctors, nurses, patients, joe public... As long as they're health related and pretty useful. I'd like to hear your suggestions. I work in international development and we're always on the lookout for solid apps to get the job done. 'The job' can be anything from data collection in rural locations to medical calculators, nutrition, mobile money, patient scheduling, vital signs, reporting, referral, etc.

Are you a doc / nurse / married to a doc / nurse? What about field work in rural areas? What would you suggest for a healthcare professional, aid worker, joe public to manage health?

Some useful apps I've come across:
Commcare - survey type data collection (based on ODK)
DHIS2 - reporting app for DHIS2
Lexicomp
inPractice suite
WebMD
BMI Calculator
.
.
.
I'll add to this list in the OP as suggestions come in.
TA!
