So I have been going to the gym for a few months now and making some notes on my progress in terms of weight lifting. I figured there must be an app for this that could do far more for me and sure enough there are about a bazillion. Can anyone recommend a good app for tracking my training and weight lifting so that I can track progress and how disciplined I am being.
Currently I try track for weight lifting sets, how heavy, per date
For Cardio I would like to start tracking training time and perhaps something like calories burned according to the gym machines. Happy for other suggestions as I am still a relative noob at all this.
Very happy with progress so far though. I have doubled my bench press and bicep curl since I started. Shoulder press is moving slower though. Those are the current 3 I am focusing on.
