Also if you could give me some input on something: If you could get a phone over 12 - 24 months with option to pay off sooner, what sort of monthly price points would you be open to knowing that data and telephony services are excluded/prepaid/seperate

1. midrange (5 - 7k)
2. Upper mid (7 - 12k)
3. Premium (12 - 18k)
These are approximate values for what mid to premium devices cost. Excluding things like note 20 etc that seem more like a super premium price point.

Sorry, I missed that part. What does it mean to root the phone, and why would a person need that. Honest question as I have no idea.

Why does it need to be rootable nowadays? Most modern phones aren't rootable as it doesn't really seem to be a thing anymore?

The 9s is the same price but you're getting less storage but 4k video recording and a better selfie camera.

thats the 1st step, unlocks the bootloader
but not rooting full on like a google pixel phone.
