Android Data Recovery Water Damaged Phone

Afternoon All

Any ideas or recommendations to recover data from a Huawei P40 Lite. Dropped it in the pool and screen is not functioning. Phone however is recognized by software and Windows but cannot access as phone had fingerprint and pin on. So i cant enable the USB debugging that most of the recovery software out there uses.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

The google stuff is fine. For the most part photos and videos and pdfs etc.
