Hey Guys/Girls.

My company (based in Centurion) is looking for an Android developer to work on a rather huge project which they are undertaking. We typically require someone with 2+ years of experience working on Android/Java, with knowledge/experience on integrating hardware into the Android platform.

A plus would be someone with knowledge on TCP/IP communications from Android to a Java based server.

PM me if you are interested or want to know more or even know of someone who may be interested.

Thanks

Salary will depend on your qualification and experience (more the latter), it is between R20,000 and R42,000 per month.

Core working hours are 9am to 3pm, so you can work your 8.5 hours around that.

Only benefit is a company provident fund, the option is there to take a travel allowance and medical aid, but that will be at your own expense/cost, so they can deduct that from your salary each month. But the provident fund is an added benefit that is based on your salary and it is added on top, not deducted from.

I'm surprised to hear anyone still uses tcp/ip directly.
