I'm trying to find a store that actually sells Android docking stations, similiar to those you get for the iPhone. The one I found on Takealot seems to be my only choice at the moment. Any other suggestions?

None really, biggest problem is different oems, second biggest problem is Android and playout through the USB port :-(. Unless I suppose the device can read Android Audio.

Yeah, I guess, unless you manage to find something the same brand as the phone. But it can even be USB charge, and Bluetooth for the music.

Seen a few of those, even in little clock radio format on Takealot. The usb cable feeds in on the side or bottom and the radio is bluetooth. Though not sure bluetooth audio is as good as it can be sometimes.

hi ,
wel i have a Phillips docking station( Android ,bluetooth enabled ) for a year or three now .
Bought it at Makro.Must had paid around+_ R800 ..cannot remember anymore .
Yet, i have seen various devices R600// up to R2000 +++ ?
( and yes ,plse note i am talking about the Android ,enable docking stations )
Few stores that i saw them in Game /Makro /Govan Mani ,Musica Look and listen etc .
Whether they still stock it, i do not know .
I must admit the Phillips mini usb connector, is a bit "wonky " .
I use it mostly as a bed side radio/clock /and streaming music via bluetooth .
Actually ,sound is very good .
Its easier to fast charge my device than wait for ages for it to charge on docking station .
good luck

Thanks for the reply. I'll head over to Makro some time and have a look.
