Hi guys, I just wan to know what file system a Galaxy S5 would use because I would like to use it as a temporary USB drive.

The file is a single 28GB ISO, are there any size limitations like FAT32 has?

ext4 I think.

EDIT: Means it has no file size limit. Well, 16 Terrabytes or so per file.

Android devices use EXT4 as the filesystem, but because the devices are mounted in MTP / MSC mode, the file system is irrelevant.

You'll likely have an issue using the internal storage, as it only has about 23-25GB available.
