Hey guys I am on a rooted Samsung note 10.1 I cannot download from the play store on 3g but can on wifi
I remember having the same issue but can't remember how I fixed it.
Please help
It just says downloading

I had this same problem on my phone.

Go:

>android tablet settings
>application manager
>all
>look for google play store
>select it
>clear cache

Have tried and still cannot uodate or download via 3g

Fixed it removed the proxy settings in network
