I can't seem to purchase Tapatalk with my Visa CC. WTF is wrong with google checkout? Iv'e purchased everywhere, from Steam, to WoW Subs and web design software. Why can't I purchase a tiny 20 bucks app from the Android Market. Anyone had this problem? Tried 3 times, keep getting declined.
 
HAH.... they dont like your empty bank account.

What bank is your card with as I have no problems with any of my cards, I can even use my Debit card(VISA) for purchases.

FNB, like I said.. never had issues before..ever.
 
OK that is really odd, as I know many people with FNB accounts that have no problems on Google Check out.
