Android P had way higher frame rates than O in the 2D test? Unity test also has picture quality differences (N looks worse than O and P)?
Any security patches that had performance impacts are more likely the further right you go.
The GPU time is also less on Q lol. And 2-3 seconds difference in 2:50 doesn't really mean that much (~1.8%).
