Hey gents,

So my Galaxy SII resides in my jeans pockets, and every so often I'd take it out to see the screen had gone into like a photographic negative mode. So naturally I restart phone and it would come right.

So after a quick Google, I found that its a "feature" on the Siyah Kernal. Press the Home button 4 times toggles it between negative mode and normal!!

Haha!! Felt a bit like a chop restarting my phone each time.

Hehe, you get a widget with some of the Samsung roms that does the same, where you can toggle it off
( similar to the camera light toggle widget)

Cant phantom a reason for having it, except to screw around with people who try to use my phone :P

Also had that with Siyah on my S2, but never really felt like I needed it.

Not an Android feature though

Yeah, its silly, but brilliant for pranking. I only found it coz the Home buttin kept getting pressed in my pocket. Nowadays i trigger it before someone wants to borrow my phone ;) Give them a wee heart attack

Another topic, my s4 when on a call, bluetooth etc not on, keeps turning on speaker option by itself after like a minute into conversation. Any ideas how to stop that?

Few ideas come to mind:

1. Do you use a 3rd party power cable? -> This causes your phone to switch to "Drive Mode" and so it activates speaker
2. GPS - I read somewhere that toggling GPS OFF + Location Services OFF fixes this.
3. 3rd Party Apps - Did you download any dodgy app that requires access to calls?

Will let you know if i come up with anything else.
