Android or pc for tv Netflix

I need something that will have lots of space for downloaded Netflix content for tv time

Tv is a 2010 Sony bravia so no usb connection only video (hdmi)

The cost for this "mobile pc" needs to be low..

Chromecast plus phone/tab. I say that because I recently got one and it's been life changing.

As to your OP, can one even download Netflix videos onto a pc? (Legally?)

Chromecast with a phone. Honestly, its by far the easiest to set up, also, being small you can take it with you when you go away.

Yes the full catalog isn't available for download. There is a category Available for Download, which shows what you can download. Additionally, you can't download onto certain Android devices, even though it says all. When I was using my Huawei phone, the download option wasn't there.
