I have a android version 7 TV box. I have fibre 20 mpps download , unthrotteled? When I look at say the Good Docter, the video hangs often.

Besides the fibre speed, how can I reduce the hang periods? Will an android version 9 with a bigger rom elevate the problem.

Which drivers can I use?

Or is my unthrottled fibre throttled?

Netflix hardly ever give problems. Try signing in to your Netflix account in a browser, go to your profile and set the quality 1 level lower.
You might have something else using internet or wifi interference.

Edit: assuming Netflix based on the series, but it makes more sense if it's catchup on Dstv.
