Android Tablet Screen Shot

I have a android (software version 4.4.2)
I have done various searches to try to figure out how to deactivate the screenshot.
My son is using the tablet and this is extremely annoying as i have to constantly remove pictures.
If somebody can send me a link on the forum if this has been discussed. i tried searching screenshot but there are way too many posts concerning games etc

How do you take a screenshot on the tablet?
Also, what make and model is the tablet?

On the home screen it has the back button, desktop and the one with the windows, then the 4th one is the screen shot

Sounds like a samsung tablet? Got to setting - Display - Select Quick launch and choose "none"
