Cheapest on I know of is the Archos 101. It costs around R3500 - R4000. It's 10.1 inches and runs froyo if I'm not mistaken.

You might have to import it seeing as it's not that popular in SA yet.

Yip, got an Archos 101 myself, very very nice device for the price! Got mine on Bid or Buy, but you can also get it from Expansys : http://www.expansys.co.za/archos-101-android-internet-tablet-8gb-203491/

That is the 8gig model, I got the 16gig model.
