Android vs iOS market share since 2010

Interesting, if unsurprising rocketing growth of Android over iOS..even if Android is a generic term composed of multiple OEM skins.
Apple in the end is just too overpriced for what real benefit you may perceive to get and other suppliers have for some time now caught up and surpassed it on performance, camera, integration front.

Would like to have seen Huawei's EMUI share of Android OS market. I imagine at least 50%.

Samsung has a global mobile market share of 30.95%, Huawei only has 10.75% (and Apple has 24.82%).

Now given these statistics, how could Huawei's EMUI possibly be on half of all Android devices?

Possibly because of this well known fact which will in time make my assertion fact as well.

Hardly substantial enough to push their market share even close to 50%.

Plus, this is not likely to be repeated for a long time with them losing access to all the US suppliers and services. The noose is tightening and China (and Huawei by extension) will need to play ball with the rest of the world, or lose access to our money forever.
