Well if you still wanna pay with your CC, just change your current address/country to Kenya and use Kenya account, they have access to the games.

Else you have to create a new one, buy vouchers and then get the game.

If you want to get 3 stars in all stages sometimes a walkthrough can be useful. I've only ever used them for finding the Eggs etc.
