Ahhh, Well iv been told the middle of the year that adsl is avail in my area, called 4 weeks ago to order, called to check order today and wow adsl is not avail until MAY 2011 , in a estate where everyone wants it, they cannot provide till then im really pissed and wanted to see has anyone else had the same let down ???

i was having faith in telkom but yeh guess another year will go by without adsl

I moved into a new complex and moved out again 18 months later.....was still waiting for Telkom

I think I will be hitting this wall soon too, should be lame from going from adsl for the last 5 years to nothing.

Thing that is worse is areas around me about 4km around me have adsl....should i continously nag telkom or what you guys think ?

I say keep trying. They might be lying. Go to the nearest Telkom Direct Shop and demand that line gets installed. Don't give up just yet.

...We are in 200f'n 10 and people STILL can't get proper internet when they want it.

Seems to be a common thing now with most new complexes, telkom just cant deliver I have the same problem where I live.
