Angus MacRobert is the former joint CEO of Vox Telecom.
MacRobert is also the former the CEO of Internet Solutions (IS). He was shortlisted for IT Web's IT Personality of the Year in 2006.
He is married with two children.
MacRobert worked for Natwest Bank in the United Kingdom as a contractor from 1995 to 1996. He then moved on to the position of Junior Manager at Persetel which ran from 1996 to 1997. From 1997 to 2000 he worked as a Deal Executive for Capital Partners and thereafter he completed his articles to become a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and Touche.
MacRobert has been the CEO and Director at IS since 2001. He was also a Director for the Venture Capital division at Dimension Data as well as a Director for Healthbridge.
MacRobert is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and he began his undergraduate studies at the University of Cape Town (UCT) in Business Science. He also completed a Higher Diploma in Accountancy from UCT and has a Diploma in Social Studies from Oxford University. He is a member of the South African Institue of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
