If it's at all possible, get a limo to pick her up and take her there. Depends on how far it is. Limo is always a great idea, especially if she doesn't know whats coming. Perhaps you be in the limo too.
Not sure if you told her you're going away yet, but don't. Don't even tell her the Friday morning. If she works I'd suggest going to the house while she's at the office and pack things beforehand. Then just pitch a little "late" from work (make her expect you at a certain time) and then poof. Limo/Sweep off feet/Lock house/vokoff
