Have anyone else had this notification come up and not go away I think it is messenger notification I turned of every setting and it won't go away.
When I go into messenger it goes away

Simple solution:
Delete the app.

I think the messenger app is spying on you. That icon on there is a notification that a call is underway, be it WhatsApp or the Dialer app, or any other app that uses the "telephone" API to make use of the earpiece speaker and microphone.

Did you receive a call on Messenger?
Most likely stuck in a state with a bug, or it's spying on you.

I only use it to message people from Facebook marketplace to buy or selling something
And occasionally to contact someone to get their number
Ps messenger is also free

Yes there is alot of scammers on Facebook marketplace but I have seen enough of them to know what to look out for.

Yes got a computer monitor for a GREAT price.The guy even brought it to my house
The price was so good I actually felt bad for the guy but I didn't complain.
The screen has a very tiny scratch that you don't even notice.
I almost forgot I got a keyboard and mouse in the deal as well
The screens price new is R2400 and the Keyboard and mouse is R350 and I got everything plus some extra cables for R800

Tldr I got a R2.4k screen for R600
