Annoying ram issue

Hi All

I have this really annoying issue with my pc and i have tried everything to fix it i don't think its a performance issue but its just there.

So the problem is when you check your ram in the system it displays the amount of ram 8Gb but then it says (7.9 usable) next to it. i have tried everything to fix it and cant seem to find the issue.

Normally it takes some RAM for video memory but i have a 2Gb card it shouldn't do this and my mobo doesn't have on board graphics.

My specs are:

AMD Fx 8320 CPU
8 Gb Corsair Vengeance RAM 1600Mhz
AMD 7870 OC 2Gb
Asus M5A97 R2.0

I seriously doubt whether 0.1GB of RAM will fix any issues you have with your PC?

That 100mb is reserved for other hardware use. Its supposed to be like that

It doesn't affect performance but its there i just want it to say 8Gb.
