Annual dstv payment issue

So we have just received the increases for dstv. In the letter it says:

Please note: Customers who elect to pay their full years' subscription up front, and do so before 31 March 2015, will be charged at our 2014 rates in addition to getting the 12th month free.

I was just on the phone with multichoice querying this. The fight I am having is because my annual period ends at the end of May I am not eligible for the above statement. What nonsense. Has anyone else had this problem?

1st of April has ALWAYS been there increase day though, this should not be news to you...

Correct. They deducted 2 months because I had already paid for it. As well as the usual 1 month free as well.

No discussion is needed, DSTV increase their prices on the 1st of April, so this should not be news to you if you have paid annually for an extended period of time.

Good lord u are offering nothing here. It says if you pay before the end of March u are the eligible for the previous rates. It does not say it is only valid for customers whose billing period ends in March. It applies to anyone who decides to pay annually.
