no, it means that you lie better/deceive better than men because it's in your nature. Not only that, you don't have remorse or feel guilty because of it because to you whatever you did was justified and moral, even if it's not.

I tend to agree with Picard's statement BUT would like to add women don't do that all the time and some rarely do. I haven't seen those who don't use their natural skill, but I assume some are out there
