Another ADSL verify issue.

I got a SAOL account yesterday and Telkom did their part with the ADSL line.

I tried to verify the line last night. I phoned Telkom to get a order number. The consultant tried to verify the line first from his side then i tried and both times it said the line cannot be verified. But i could browse to Telkom and all the lights and everything is fine with the router and the ISP. So it is just the line that needs to be verified... He logged a call and gave me a ref number, anyways.

I tried again this morning from work, went to Telkom.co.za/verifyadsl and now i get this message: Your ADSL Service request has already been processed.

From the bit of searching i have done on mybb this is not the message i am supposed to get is it?

I can only test again tonight to see if it works, but i saw this on another old post...

Maybe you line is verified and all you need to do is switch your router off and back on to re establish a new pppoe session that is not limited to the telkom website.
 
Yeah you might be right, i will try that tonight, just not looking forward to more struggles tonight is all, so was hoping someone that had the same problems had some insight :)

But will try again, and like you said will reset router and see if it syncs to 384...
