So a f******^H^H^H^H^H^Hailure in budgeting means that the amount Eskom will extort^H^H^H^Htract from the public increases rapidly - how much will actually be spent on infrastructure? How much on 'consultants'?

The pricing documents are on the Nersa and Eskom websites (www.nersa.org.za and www.eskom.co.za).

Nersa particularly wants to know what you think about:

# Coal prices.

# Eskom's request to make consumers pay for demand-side management.

# The R12,7-billion profit Eskom stands to make if it gets a 53 percent price increase.

# What help the government should give Eskom.

# What commitments Eskom should make.
