Another computer accessing wife's laptop?

HI all

Bit of a werid one this. My wife has been noticing odd behaviour on her laptop for a while. I installed spybot for her, and it has an internet security suite, but she recently saw that you can check "recent activity" on windows live, and it brings up a house address in cape town as being the location that is somehow accessing her mail account. (We live in Hillcrest, in Durban.)

She's changed her password, but she already did that when she first noticed the problem. Is there anything we can do about the address, anyone to report it to?

A second data point: After she changed her password, she logged in to Live.com again and checked the recent activity, and it's identifying her as being at this house address in Cape Town, which she's obviously not. Sometimes it correctly identifies her login from Durban, other time from this other address. I admit I'm stumped.

Kay, I think I may have figured it out. I did an ip address on the Cape Town address and it's a vodacom ip, which probably means when she checks her mail through her phone it routes through Cape Town?

South African IP address geolocation is notoriously poor. It's almost certainly as you say and simply her phone vs laptop in terms of the locations logged by live.com
