Stick with go-karting. I've taken a couple of dates go-karting and they really enjoyed.
The thing about the first date is you got to do something for you. If your not gonna enjoy it, she's gonna notice it as well.

Sidenote: One thing when you start going on dates a lot, you need to start finding out about interesting and cool places. This requires some research on your part. But once you have 2 or 3 places, stick with those then start looking for new places once you get past the first couple of dates
