Dogs on the loose have once again wreaked havoc in Ashburton. The most recent victim has been a goat attacked by four Rottweilers on Sunday.

Residents of Ashburton, where two pit bulls attacked a passing dog and its owner last week, are looking for the Rottweilers’ owners.
