Sorry but i see no justification in pulling stunts like that. They must trace the people responsible and charge them with terrorism as well as hold them responsible for all costs. And no, i do not support the method of collection for etoll

Only it's not terrorism unless the package is harmful. I think it falls into the hoax bomb category - a crime, yes. But not terrorism.

But then again, if could be someone sending samples for paint additives - the stuff that makes paint more reflective.

But it is most likely to be an inside job. Scumral have a habit of ignoring any submission that the public may make so I'd think the only way that they took notice of an 'externally' sourced letter is if they sent it themselves.

Until it's ticking it'll be on the side of hoax. Even then, if it is target at a specific company it isn't terrorism.
