Is it possible to find duplicate (not exact) like conditional formatting can do?

If have a big spreadsheet and I want to find entries that are almost similar.. For example, one will be Langebaan and the other will be be Erf 196 Langebaan. It must go through the spreadsheet and list all the things that are alike. I don't want to add a rule it must just find the same spelling in a sheet

I've used this add-in and its works great for what OP wants to do. You can adjust the sensitivity of matches up or down

If the duplicate values are in one column you can use Filters. It has many options you can chose from to extract the values you need.

You can use PowerQuery too - uses fuzzy logic.
