I think everyone has heard it here before
500MB Data Bundle, I activated it in August, with the phone consultant telling me it will activate immediately. I also check the 16808 number and it said I had a 500MB bundle then, yet now I get an late bill for beginning of September charging me for data because the the 500MB bundle was only activated in the middle of September?!?! WTF!

And thats not to include the wrong calculated charges for my phone, added up my call charges and it come sup to +-R400 yet they charge me for R700?...

MTN You guys are useless!
 
Welcome to the club. Remember that their data counter does not work. Only they somehow know what you have used, not you.
 
It wasn't about the data counter, it was about the Staff AND the Data counter telling me my data bundle had been activated when it wasn't. Thus I am now being charged 3 MONTHS LATER for the R700 for R2/mb instead, ... WTF
