Bought airtime on 20/7, receive SMS from Vodacom that "your account has been recharged by Rxxx".
Receive SMS from Vodacom that you can receive free minutes to the value of what looks like 10% of the purchase, if you recharge before end of July.
Don't receive free minutes.
Check vodacom site for recharge history and see "There is no recharge data available for the cellphone number you have entered: (From Date - 2010-05-29 / To Date - 2010-07-28) found" (and I'm certainly using that non-existent recharge data).

Hahaha...

Hi Bigal. I have responded via PM. Your recharge is definately reflecting as it should with your Talking points allocated also showing.

Can you perhaps be a bit more specific about the extra minutes? Normally Vodacom will not assign minutes to a prepaid user, but instead will give extra airtime. For example, when Vodacom was promoting RICA and giving a incentive for clients to register....prepaid clients got a little something extra in their IN accounts, can contract users got a few free SMS or something like that.
