I'm on the premium package, why for the last 2 days am i getting 30mbps download, and 1.2mbps upload.
The last time we went through with the process was with the consumer protection act, ICASA and ISPA. And you we're rather quick to sort it out and ensuring me it won't happen again
So I'm private messaging you guys, i would like it sorted out asap as I'm busy with a audit for work. I know its my fault for relying on you guys and you "superior" network and i should rather go with someone else, but I'm paying you EVERY month and i would like the service im paying for. This is no where near PREMIUM.
I'm saying this now, the router is on my roof, with a clear sight of 2 towers within 0.6km from my house. I did hard reset the router also. I'm not getting on the roof for 2 hours again and moving it 1mm to the left and 1mm to the right like last time and it doesn't make a difference, send someone to come and do it, that's what I'm paying for. SERVICE.
This is now getting absurd.
