so telkom phoned today and said my line is ready and i should go pick up a router, which will only be available from the 15th June. they didn't give me any log on info or anything. how will i use route sentry if i cant create a "dial up" connection????

should i just phone and ask fo the details or what?

what package did you order? if you ordered the DO1/2/3 then you should have TelkomInternet ISP info, otherwise you're going to have to apply. Routesentry you use if you have additional accounts and want to split bandwidth between them for local/international respectively. Sounds like you dont have any account info yet, so dont even worry about routesentry yet...
 
they didn't give me any account info.... and i ordered DO 3... they just said you can go pick up your router
