Another reason not to get iBurst

ok, first i get disconnected for like a week cause they got the banking details wrong. Then i check my account today to see they had taken 2X what they should have!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

U flipping idiots! do i have to do everything 4 u?
 
Im going to cancel if they put that in place..
They want to cover up there cost fast and make profit out us poor folks :(

There billing accounts department is missed up, they should of had there accounts program b4 Launch, now they billing us what they feel, how does wbs send you your account by e-mail or by post.

Via visually challenged carrier pigeon - usually it gets lost & never arrives...seriously though it looks like the only way of getting any invoice(s) out of them is by cr@pping on them via email - yesterday afternoon I received [via email] presumably copies of November & December 2004 tax invoices - I had requested the ones since March 2005 that have never been sent to me...

My friend had to pay R4000 and something since they never took money off his account for his iburst did he feel it, he had to pay his whole entire car payment into iBURST, so now they've taken his car away...

You mean he spent the money he should have been paying to WBS? How dumb is that!?!? I think an entry-level personal finance course would do you friend the world of good.

I think an entry-level CORPORATE FINANCE course would have done WBS a world of good. :rolleyes:
 
I got an e-mail from accounts saying they are deducting all arrears and one month in advance this month.I think they are in need for MONEY....The investors are claiming their returns because they know the **** is gonna hit the fan soon....

His the type of person who would take his whole Pay cheque out of the bank and keep it in his pocket, who knows he thought he'd never get cought but i guess in the end u get cought

well you "friend" made the mistake then and not WBS, if you use a service and they don't happen to charge you, you need to keep that money and pretend it doesnt exist as if you did pay them
