Another Telkom is useless thread...

So I had my phone line installed on Friday and then immediately asked them to activate ADSL as well. So waited a bit and yesterday phoned in to ask what is happening and technician tells me that request was never sent through and I don't have ADSL, need to call back.

This morning I call the clowns again and now they say there is a fault on my line....

So firstly they didn't activate as they never received the request (they say), and then they tell me there is a fault.

Surely you have to try to be this useless!
