Another traffic project fails to deliver

It was hailed by the Johannesburg Metro Police Department (JMPD) as a policing system which would take South African traffic enforcement to new levels - but it has left the city and its ratepayers R46-million poorer.

What the hell? Who do I have to Bribe/GiveHalfMyCompanyTo in order to land one of these projects?

I'd be suspicious of any company with a name like "2Big Mobile Applications". Apparently they were 2Big for their boots

There has been a huge backlog this week with many people receiving delayed responses after registering. 2Big Mobile's Lucky Seuoe says they did not anticipate the large volumes of SMS’s they received.
