In February Telkom double charged me for January & February ADSL fees. After a protracted effort I got them to agree to reverse the charges.
In March I paid the balance of the account less the overcharges.
In April they brought forward the unpaid balance arising from their overcharges, and credited this amount.
And added an interest charge on the brought forward amount!!!!.
Which they reluctantly agreed to reverse after I called again and again and then told them that a theft charge was in the offing.
Now I wonder how many people just pay the interest because it's too much trouble to claim it back?
