Anshul Gupta is a principal research analyst in Gartner Technology & Service Provider Research, where he is part of the Mobile Devices team, based in Mumbai, India.
Prior to joining Gartner, Gupta worked with Ernst & Young as a senior consultant. Previously, he worked with TechMahindra as BPR consultant and with Larsen & Toubro as a planning engineer. Gupta has worked on a range of telecom assignments in India, the U.K., Cambodia and Sudan, with expertise in business process re-engineering, process modeling and simulation, revenue assurance, business process risk consulting, budgeting and costing, project planning, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance testing, and process audits.
