I really hope I can get some help on my cooler, it's the Antec 920 and is comes with some USB fan control software.
When I first built the machine, it all worked like a dream. I recently bought Windows 8 and downloaded the latest drivers from Antec and when I installed it, it spat out "ERROR cannot connect to USB Chill Control device."
I tried removing the USB head, installing Windows 7 again, fiddling with the cable and all sorts of other things but just cant get this thing to work.
I googled this issue and see quite a few others with this problem
Anyone have any ideas/own one?
