Morning, i have a crack on the side of my heater, how can i fix this please to make it working again?

I dunno but do they work lekker?
We have a tv room, kitchen, hallway that has no doors between them so a big open space.
I don't see an oil heater or aircon making a difference there, just to take off the chill.

They do. Just very dusty/dirty.

Is it cast iron? Is it a hole, or a crack? If it's just a crack, don't worry about it. A hole is another matter - lots of things can go wrong with a hole...
