Anti-corruption strategy to support infrastructure plan

They should start with properly punishing or laying criminal charges against those people who have found to be corrupt. The whole reason people do it is because they get away with it. Putting more red tape in the way - which just slows things down even more - isn't going to fix the problem if when you find someone being corrupt, you give them a stern talking to and then have a good laugh about it around the braai.

Don't come here with logic to stop looting.... ANC fixes symptoms not problems.
 
Detecting and preventing has never been the issue. Arresting, prosecuting and sentencing is where sh*t goes south...
